I encountered several issues during my stay that left me feeling quite frustrated. First, the shuttle service wasn't available on Sunday, which was a major inconvenience. I tried calling the front desk multiple times for assistance, but nobody answered, and I found myself stuck without transportation. To add to my disappointment, the hotel's pricing felt steep considering the circumstances.

The hotel's decor was warm and inviting, making it feel like a cozy retreat. I particularly loved the accessible pathways, which made navigating the spaces easy for everyone, including those with limited mobility.

More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

Our stay was pleasant overall, but there were a few hiccups. The room felt cozy, though a bit cramped, and the staff member Sherry went above and beyond to address our concerns about ants. A bit more attention to cleanliness would elevate the experience.

The King Studio Suite was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable environment for a late-night arrival. Staff were friendly and assisted with our needs promptly. The convenient shuttle service to the airport was a standout feature. However, encountering a shortage of towels and difficulties finding vending options were minor annoyances during my stay.

The King Room was spacious and en pointe for our needs after a long drive. Meanwhile, the location near Seat Geek Stadium was a real treat. perfect for catching a show. The vending area was a galley of options, though we didn’t get a chance to snag anything since we were buzzing with post-concert energy.

However, we ran into a little trouble with the towel count—only three for four guests. Plus, the late-night search for a vending machine turned out to be a wild goose chase.

I enjoyed my stay in the King Room Non-Smoking. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff provided excellent service and assisted with all questions. Breakfast had a variety of options that were delicious. I will definitely return.
